Hi, I am a registered nutritional therapist Ernesta Stripeikaitė Jakučionė, BA (Hons), DipCNM, mBANT. I qualified as a nutritional therapist after studying for three years at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, UK. I am also a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists. It was my personal struggles with food that lead me to study nutrition. Since my teenage years I’d struggled with food anxiety, sugar addicition, yo-yo dieting, acne and digestive symptoms. As the saying goes, if you cannot beat them, join them. That’s exactly what I did with food. Studying nutrition not only allowed me to resolve my own issues, but also equipped me to help others.

CONSULTATIONS





After signing up for your first consultation, you will receive a health questionnaire and a food diary to fill out. During our first meeting, we will discuss your situation in as much detail as possible and agree on the first modifications. My clinical experience shows that slow but steady wins the race. Diet and lifestyle changes are difficult, that’s why we work together to agree on the most realistic changes that really fit into your life and can be sustained long term.


Prices:

One consultation (50min) - 70eur

A block of three consultations (3 x 50min) - 150eur


Consultations are available online or in a clinic in Vilnius.



LECTURES





I am available to book for public speaking events on a range of topics, for example:
